We are seeking a dedicated PCU Registered Nurse for a contract position in Unity Township, PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. As a PCU RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients who require a higher level of care than those in a standard medical-surgical unit.

This position involves:

• Providing care for patients with complex medical needs in a 3x12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Maintaining patient ratios of 4/5:1, up to 6:1.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Obtaining and interpreting patient data to inform care decisions.

Requirements for this position include:

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work both night and day shifts as required.
