**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in Intermediate Care!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care (Nursing) - **Hours:** 36 or 48 hours per week - **Submission Requirements:** - Local candidates accepted (Less than 75 miles) - Up-to-date resume showcasing 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU - Documented travel experience - Skills Checklist specific to specialty - Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics - Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications - NURSYS report for license verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL RN licenses - RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included in submission - **Unit:** Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) - **Shift:** 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Note: Block scheduling is not guaranteed) - **Floating Required:** Yes - **Scrub Color:** Navy Blue - **Unit Specifics:** - **Common Diagnoses:** Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, Respiratory—COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, post-operative care - **Specialty Equipment:** Temp pacer, Chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo - **Ventilator Use:** Yes—chronic vents, unable to wean (Respiratory Therapy to assist) - **Patient Demographics:** 18 years and older - **Number of Beds:** 64 beds (15 designated Neuro beds) Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
