Job Duties: Patient care, ADLs, blood sugar checks, vitals, and more
Shifts & Scheduling:
- PCT shifts are Days 0700-1530, Evenings 1500-2330, Nights 2300-0730
- Schedule is typically made for 4-6 weeks at a time
- Management will seek availability and accommodate requests but finalization occurs after schedule balancing
- Flexibility required; helping fill gaps in permanent staff
- Block scheduling not guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, Saturdays and Sundays
Holiday Requirements: May be asked to participate in holiday rotation
Call or Standby Requirement: None
Floating Requirements: First to float

Unit Specific Orientation: 2 days of classroom orientation and 1 day of orientation with a preceptor
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation allowable up to 1 shift per 4-week assignment, 2 shifts per 8-week assignment, or 3 shifts per 13-week assignment with no penalty
