Title: (Paramedic) - Contract

Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $45hr
• 48hr Guaranteed
• AM/PM
• 12-24 Hour shifts
• 8-week assignment
Description of job: provides advanced emergency medical care and transportation for patients in pre-hospital settings. They respond to emergency calls, assess patients' conditions, administer life-saving treatments, and ensure safe transport to medical facilities. Paramedics also maintain equipment, complete detailed patient care reports, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality emergency services.
Qualifications:
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications
• Current IL Paramedic License
• 1+ year experience required
Responsibilities:
Emergency Medical Response: Respond promptly to 911 calls, assess patient conditions, and provide advanced life support care in pre-hospital settings.
Patient Transport: Safely transport patients to medical facilities while monitoring their condition and ensuring continuity of care during transit.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and restock medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies.
