We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a leading acute-care hospital in Plymouth, MA. This is a contract position with guaranteed hours and a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide care to patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor vital signs and manage pain relief.
• Administer medications and perform necessary assessments.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

• Current Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission.
• 2+ years of recent pre-op experience required.
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only).
• Must be available for weekends and holidays.
• One 24-hour weekend shift and three night calls per month (11 PM - 7 AM) based on departmental needs.
• 30-minute response time on call.
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility; local travelers will not be accepted.
• Must pass ECG/Tele test and medications test during onboarding (one attempt only).
• Travelers who have worked for the facility within the last 6 months will not be accepted; must be separated for 6 months to be considered.

**Additional Information:**

All requests for time off must be presented at the time of submission. Biweekly orientation will be provided, and the Nurse Manager will conduct interviews and offers. Please provide your availability for interviews at the time of submission.
