Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Job Description & Requirements

PACU RN | Saint Louis, MO 63110

  • Shift: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Weekends, Holidays, and Call: None
  • Experience: 2 years required, including PACU experience at a Level I Trauma Center and ICU/critical-care experience
  • First-Time Travelers: Accepted if they meet the experience requirements
  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CCRN and TNCC preferred
  • Charting: Epic required
  • Floating: May float to PACU or Pre-Op units only
  • Local Candidates: Not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
  • Pending License: Accepted
  • Facility: 1,273-bed Magnet teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center
  • Scrubs: Navy blue

Key Skills: Phase I PACU, dysrhythmia recognition and management, blood administration, phlebotomy, IV starts, vasopressors, ICP monitoring, and ventilated patient care.

Important: Candidates with Level II Trauma experience may be submitted for manager review.
