Join a leading acute-care hospital as a PACU Registered Nurse in St. Louis, MO! We are seeking dedicated RNs with critical care experience to provide exceptional care in our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for surgical patients. Our facility is a Level I trauma center, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complicated postoperative patients, including those with multiple drains, vasoactive drips, and mechanical ventilation.
Provide pre-operative care for first cases when there are no patients in the PACU.
Participate in a call schedule, with 24 hours of call required in a 6-week period.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience or experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, Vents, IV start, Telemetry, Critical Care.
Proficiency in Epic charting is required.
Must pass the Relias EKG exam for interpretation/management of dysrhythmias.
Must be at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
