This Physical Therapist role is based in Aberdeen, Washington, a welcoming coastal community situated along the scenic Chehalis River and just inland from the Pacific Ocean. You will work within a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals dedicated to high-quality care, clear treatment plans, and strong communication. A typical day includes performing thorough initial evaluations, creating individualized plans of care, providing ongoing treatment sessions, reassessing progress, and documenting all services in the electronic medical record. You will utilize a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training to help patients reach their goals. Caseloads are designed to support a balance between productivity and the ability to give each patient focused attention. Shifts are generally structured during daytime and early evening hours on weekdays, allowing for a predictable schedule and time to enjoy the surrounding coastal and outdoor amenities. Patient volume and scheduling are managed to support safe, effective care and professional satisfaction.
