Based on the results, determine the diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies.Designing Therapeutic Interventions: Create and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations, helping patients regain their ability to perform daily activities.Preventing Health Issues: Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups.Consultation, Education, and Research: Engage in sharing knowledge with colleagues and the community, as well as contributing to the latest research in physical therapy practices.Maintaining Patient Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries. Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health required.The Physical Therapist must have completed training in accordance with minimum essential for physical therapy schools as prescribed by Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association.Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical TherapyActive license for the state of Colorado.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS1.
