Job Description:

Looking for a PT with Pelvic Health certification to be a part of our Patient Care Team working in an Outpatient Clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Performing duties within the Physical Therapist's scope of practice: examining patients to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies.
• Designing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain daily activities.
• Preventing health issues by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness.
• Engaging in consultation, education, and research for community and professional advancement.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health.
• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy.
• Active license for the state of Colorado.
• Pelvic Health Certification required.
• Current CPR Certification.
