- Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- Certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
- Maintains an active applicable license for the state where work will be performed
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Successfully completed an assignment with your agency previously (Highly desired)
- Previously completed an assignment with the organization (Nice to have)
- Additional Information:

- Implements therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and gait training using orthotics, prosthetics, or assistive devices

- Upholds safety, infection control, and professional standards in all activities
