Outpatient Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Work five 8-hour shifts per day, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend shifts required
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage may occasionally be required
• Float within scope to meet facility needs may occasionally be required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted; prior travel experience required
• South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License required at start of contract
• BLS certification required
• Scrub color: Pewter
• Charting system: Epic
• Free parking available
• Required skills include: assistive devices, evaluation, outpatient clinic procedures, pain assessment, patient and family education, plan of care development, safety and injury prevention, and skin integrity
• Locals within 60 miles not accepted
Facility:
This is a hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation unit offering comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides a collaborative care environment where therapists work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. The unit is part of a larger health system known for its commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
