  • Responsibilities: Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare team, document patient progress
  • Submission Requirements: Candidates must complete documentation with ATI prior to starting and must be cleared by ATI to begin the assignment.
