Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Additional Information:
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals focused on progression toward discharge.
- Provide individualized treatment programs that support return to community activities.
- Maintain clear, accurate, timely medical record documentation and ensure care is provided under valid physician orders.
- Provide direction and delegation for discipline-specific therapy services.
- Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers as appropriate.
- Participate in student development and support a positive learning environment when assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education.
- Follow applicable practice standards, safety procedures, professional codes of conduct, and quality improvement initiatives.
