This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical functions, while serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team. The position requires providing patient-centered care aligned with department objectives and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Dayshift, 9 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 12/27/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (only if obtained license on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent), two years' Physical Therapy experience (preferred), valid Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice (required), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor (required)
  • Essential Functions: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Supervises assigned assistants. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Additional Information: The role involves performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, supervising assistants, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and vaccinations. Prior EPIC experience is a bonus. No call requirements.
