Description

American Traveler is seeking a Spanish-fluent Physical Therapist for an Outpatient setting with at least 6 months of outpatient experience.

Details

  • Outpatient clinic setting with a focus on high-risk individuals requiring dedicated 1-on-1 care
  • Manageable caseload of 8 to 10 patients per day
  • Built-in documentation time to support a strong work-life balance
  • Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirement
  • Will float approximately 50/50 between two locations 5 miles apart
  • Uses Elation EMR system

Requirements

  • DPT degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active license by the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy Examiners, or ability to obtain one; license required if applicable
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 6 months of outpatient experience required
  • SNF experience and geriatrics experience preferred
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Knowledge of computer-based EMR systems and Microsoft Office required

Additional Information

  • Focus on high-risk patient populations including geriatrics, with sports medicine experience a plus
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment where contributions are valued
  • Scrubs provided, or candidates may wear black
  • Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
  • Potential for this travel assignment to convert into a permanent hire if both parties are interested
  • Interview availability should be limited to Tuesdays or Fridays
