Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Chandler, TX 75758

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: East Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. Daily census of 33 patients. Orientation provided for 36 hours.

Highlights:

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting serving adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
• 13-week travel assignment with two pre-approved time-off periods available
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience
• Epic charting system utilized for documentation
• Comprehensive patient care including orthopedics, neurology, sports medicine, and post-operative rehabilitation
• Overtime available at 1.1% after 48 total hours in one week

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license or compact license (pending license accepted at time of submittal)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system required
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic and neurological conditions preferred
• Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Geographic restrictions apply; candidates residing in certain East Texas counties are not eligible
