  • Position Responsibilities: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and implements treatment plans with clinical reasoning, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Ensures care is provided under signed physician orders and within insurance approval. Participates in student education, maintains professional licensure and adherence to state practice acts, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
