Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist, Outpatient – Chandler, TX 75758

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Chandler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Outpatient rehabilitation setting with diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions in a supportive team environment
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome with comprehensive orientation provided
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract
• Average daily census of 33 patients

Requirements:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (pending license accepted at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems required; Epic experience preferred
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
