Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting requiring 2+ years of experience in ortho, personal injury, and workers' comp cases.

Details

  • Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
  • Patient population includes orthopedic, personal injury, and workers' comp cases
  • Typical caseload of 12-14 patients per day, averaging around 60 patients per week
  • Most locations utilize double booking of patients
  • Schedule is Monday through Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No weekend shifts required
  • Uses RainTree EMR system

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
  • Experience in orthopedic outpatient, personal injury, and workers' comp cases required
  • New graduates will not be considered
  • License required if applicable

Additional Information

  • Full support staff available at each location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs to assist clinicians with patient flow
  • First day of assignment includes meeting staff, EMR introduction, and shadowing treatments
  • Second day involves treating patients independently
  • Clinicians carry a similar patient caseload to facility-employed staff
  • Travel pairs are accepted for this position
  • First-time travelers will not be considered due to new grad restriction and experience requirements
