Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Arlington. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapy services supporting functional recovery and return to community activities. Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations; developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans under valid physician orders; documenting care accurately and promptly; maintaining compliance with applicable practice standards and regulatory requirements; providing education to patients, families, students, and colleagues; participating in quality improvement initiatives; and promoting patient and employee safety.
