Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) in a clinical setting located in a designated area. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and return to community activities. The role emphasizes patient education, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and valid state licensure.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is considered a plus.
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops treatment goals focused on discharge within an established length of stay.
  • Documents medical records accurately, including goal writing, functional assessments, and necessary correspondence in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participates in student training and provides a positive learning environment with appropriate supervision.
  • Creates a professional development plan and pursues continuing education and involvement in professional organizations.
  • Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval as needed.
  • Adheres to organizations performance improvement methodologies and contributes to quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with organizational values and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety in all aspects of work.
