Job Details:

- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification, where applicable; strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
- Additional Information: Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care. Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and movement dysfunctions. Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support team members to support strong patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes. Build meaningful patient relationships while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
