- Qualifications:
- For PT: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program; West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply
- For PTA: Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience recommended, but minimum of 0 years required
- Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Utilize Scribe AI technology for documentation to streamline processes
- Document patient progress accurately using the Raintree EMR platform
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
