Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative patient populations preferred.
