Description

American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Pediatrics RN for a day shift assignment requiring an active IL RN license and pediatric ambulatory experience.

Details

  • Outpatient Pediatrics unit setting
  • Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Contract length of approximately 8-12 weeks
  • Requires completion of an instructor-led Epic training class

Requirements

  • Active IL RN license required in hand
  • Nursys license verification required, pulled within the last 2 weeks
  • Pediatric specialty experience in an ambulatory/outpatient setting required
  • Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered
  • No license disciplinary actions allowed

Additional Information

  • Free parking provided
  • RTO limited to no more than 3 days, with none permitted during the first or last week of the contract
  • Any schedule or block scheduling requests must be submitted upfront and discussed during the interview process
  • Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
  • Former UChicago Medicine, PRN, or Ingalls permanent staff must have a 7-month separation before returning as a traveler
