  • Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal setting
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
  • Uses EPIC for documentation

Requirements

  • Active PT license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
  • Licenses and certifications must be active; pending credentials not accepted

Additional Information

  • Local candidates welcome, as local rate matches travel rate
  • Returning travelers must observe required break periods between assignments per facility tenure policy
  • Permanent staff must be away for 6 months before being eligible for a travel assignment
