Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Olympia, Washington

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), Monday through Friday. No weekends or on-call required. 91-day assignment through January 4, 2027.

Highlights:

• Work in a general neurology outpatient practice treating patients with traumatic brain injury, stroke, CVA, substance abuse, and other neurological conditions
• Support high-acuity neurology patients, including infusion-related coordination for specialized treatments
• Manage Epic nurse in-boxes, work queues, and patient communications through phone calls and MyChart messages
• Coordinate lab orders, imaging orders, and results while ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation
• First-time travelers accepted; comprehensive orientation provided
• Opportunity to work with a dedicated neurology team in an outpatient setting

Requirements:

• Active Washington State or Compact RN license (Compact license must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in specialty preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with telephone triage, medication refill requests, and patient follow-up calls
• Skills in venipuncture, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and interpretation of laboratory results
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
