**Exciting Travel RN Opportunity - Orthopedic Surgery** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 2nd Floor Operating Room, 7401 S Main St - **Shift Schedule:** 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 13 weeks - **Unit Information:** - 17 Operating Rooms; 1 Bed ER (NOT trauma designated) - 70 Staff Members - Equipment Type: Orthopedic - EMR: Meditech - **Staffing Structure:** - **Day Shift:** - One scrub and one circulator per room - Support techs available for positioning and other duties - Most surgeons have a PA/CST/NP assisting during surgery - Director/Manager/Board Runner support - **Night Shift:** N/A - **Patient Care:** - Must have extensive Large Joint and Spine Orthopedic Experience - Preferred skills: Well-versed in total joints and spine procedures - **Typical Procedures:** - All Ortho-large joints - Hand and foot surgeries - Scopes and spine surgeries - NO neurosurgery - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Ciel Blue (sky blue) - Hospital does NOT provide scrubs - Free parking garage for employees and contractors - **Unit Policies:** - Report to work at 6:45 AM - Huddles on Mon/Wed/Fri - Shift ends at 5:15 PM (NO second shift relief) - Approx. 4 call shifts per month (M-F ONLY; no weekend call) - **Awards & Recognition:** - Top employee and physician engagement in the organization - Consistently greater than 90% Patient Satisfaction - **Additional Highlights:** - Newly updated equipment and technology - Experienced staff with tenure - Competitive scheduling options **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
