Requirements
- 2 years RN experience
- Previous Charge RN experience required
- Travel experience required
- BLS required
- Epic experience required
- Active RN license
- Fast-paced Ortho/Med-Surg experience
- Floating required
- Every other weekend (Sat/Sun)
Unit/Patient Population
32-bed unit serving adults and geriatrics, including total joint replacements, fractures, shoulder repairs, kyphoplasty, neck/back surgeries, medical-surgical and observation patients. Telemetry available; occasional ED/high-acuity patients.
Key Skills
IV therapy, phlebotomy, PICC/central lines, blood products, telemetry/dysrhythmia interpretation, wound vacs, oxygen therapy, feeding tubes, CBI, hemodialysis care, ostomy care, and surgical drains.
Vaccines: COVID-19 and Flu required; medical/religious exemptions only.

Shift: Nights, 3x12 (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Charge RN experience required
- BLS certification required
- Must be willing to work Charge RN shifts as needed
- Every other weekend required ( Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be willing to float as needed
- No call required
Patient Population:
- Adults through geriatrics
- Orthopedic and Med/Surg patients
- Total joint replacements
- Fracture repairs
- Kyphoplasties
- Other surgical and medical observation patients
- Telemetry monitoring available
Notes:
- 29-bed unit
- High-volume orthopedic patient population
- Physical therapy gym located on the unit
- Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
