Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• Strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgery
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to support call coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room and maintaining a sterile environment
• Support a wide variety of complex surgical cases with confidence and attention to detail
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices for patient safety
