Description

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Herrin, Illinois.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty: OR - Operating Room
  • Discipline: RN

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

Required Experience
OR/RN experience required
Must be able to circulate independently
Heavy Orthopedics, Urology, and Spine experience
Experience with Robotic procedures
Do not submit unless the RN's ability to circulate has been verified
Licenses & Certifications
Current Illinois RN license
BLS/CPR
ACLS
Additional certifications such as PALS/NRP may be required depending on the assigned department
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and identify their physical, mental, and spiritual needs
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Provide patient/family education and instructions
Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain accurate medical records
Follow patient-care quality and Core Measure requirements
Participate in continuing education
Promote a positive and professional workplace environment
