Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Operating Room position requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience and NH or compact RN licensure.

Details

• Work in a 26-suite, high-tech OR performing both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Care provided across all age groups including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Services include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery
• Day and mid shift options available with 10 and 12 hour shift lengths
• Off-shift or on-call requirement of 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may include 12-hour shifts or on-call day or night coverage

Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
• No local candidates accepted
• Assignment start date fixed to 10/12 with no flexibility for other start dates
