Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a Surgery unit position requiring CVOR cardiac and vascular case expertise and Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

  • Work in the Surgery unit (CVOR) of a hospital setting
  • AM shift, 10-hour shifts
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active GA or Compact RN license required
  • 18 months of recent experience required
  • CVOR candidates must have 18 months full-time experience within a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years
  • CVOR candidates must have strong experience with cardiac and vascular procedures (rated 3s and 4s) and strong endovascular experience
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration
  • Former Emory employees must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
  • RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if requested on or near a holiday
  • Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
