Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, Michigan.

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR Circulator)

Location

Charlotte, MI | Critical Access Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | On-call required (approximately 7 days per month: weekday on-call 5:00 PM–7:00 AM; weekend on-call 7:00 AM–7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary circulating RN in an active operating room environment
  • Support robot-assisted surgical procedures including orthopedic, cataract, and endoscopic cases
  • Administer and monitor conscious sedation per facility protocols
  • Utilize telemetry monitoring as part of perioperative patient care
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled, including weekday and weekend coverage
  • Fulfill previous charge nurse experience responsibilities as required by the role

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license required by start date (compact license not accepted; pending license not accepted)
  • ACLS certification required (AHA preferred; must be active by contract start date)
  • BLS certification required (AHA preferred; must be active by contract start date)
  • PALS certification required (AHA preferred; must be active by contract start date)
  • Minimum 3 years of OR circulator experience required
  • Previous charge nurse experience required
  • Locals are welcome — no radius restriction applies

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • 3–5 years of OR circulator experience preferred
  • Experience with Epic EMR (training provided during orientation if needed)
  • Familiarity with robot-assisted surgical platforms across multiple specialties
