Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2 years of experience and a AZ or compact RN license.

Details

• Operating Room unit assignment
• 4x10-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Call and late call requirements, with an estimated 5-6 shifts per month depending on staffing

Requirements

• Active RN license (AZ or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required
• Meditech charting experience highly preferred
• Experience with a range of surgical procedures including gynecology, trauma, orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopic, podiatry, urology, robotics, bariatrics, and thoracic cases preferred

• Holiday coverage required with minimal to no holiday RTO
• Travel pairs accepted
• Locals and first-time travelers accepted at the same rate
• Former permanent employees must wait 12 months before returning as travelers
