Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years OR experience and an active OK or compact RN license.

Details

• Surgery unit within a 265-bed regional referral center
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 36-hour guarantee
• On-call requirement with 1-2 weekend days of call per 13-week period

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN Operating Room experience required
• CVOR experience preferred
• Relevant certifications required, though candidates without active copies may still be considered

Additional Information

• Provide perioperative care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Educate patients on procedure outcomes and recovery expectations
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
• Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their employment ended
• Local candidates within 50 miles of Comanche County will be considered at a reduced rate
