**Experience Required/Preferred:** - 2 Years of Level I Trauma required - 3 years of experience required in specialty: OR RN Core 6 - Trauma Level I Experience required - First timers accepted **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) **Licensure:** - IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND PRIOR TO SUBMISSION - Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted **Skills and Qualifications:** - Circulate required - Scrub preferred - OR RNs need to be well-rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant **Charting Systems:** - Experience with Cerner is preferred **Additional Requirements:** - Call required: 6 call shifts in a 6-week period - Must work 2/3 major holidays - Floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals required **Units and Procedures:** - Procedures: Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Craniotomy, General OR, Trauma, etc. - Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred **Other Details:** - Locals accepted with conditions: $15 off bill rate for travelers who reside within Indiana - Entry to facility requires previous charge experience, charting system experience, and specific skills noted
