We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract in Olympia, WA. As an OR RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This position requires a commitment to excellence and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• Previous experience in the operating room setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Short Term Acute Care facility with a total of 325 staffed beds. The charting system used is EPIC, which enhances the efficiency of patient care documentation.
