Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Operating Room position requiring strong orthopedic and neuro surgical experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Operating Room unit at an orthopedic and spine hospital
• AM shift, 3x12s, 36 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license in hand
• 18 months of OR experience within the past 3 years
• Strong orthopedic and neuro surgical skills required
• CVOR candidates must have 18 months full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years with similar acuity
• CVOR candidates must have strong endovascular experience and proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory employees must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment
