RN OR | West Des Moines, IA | 13 Weeks

MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient management while working closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team.

Shift:

• 4x10 Days

• 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Pay:

• Up to $2,300/week

Requirements:

• Active RN License

• BLS

• OR Experience Required

• Perioperative Nursing Experience

Responsibilities:

• Circulating and/or Scrubbing Surgical Procedures

• Pre-Operative Assessment

• Intraoperative Patient Care

• Post-Operative Monitoring

• Surgical Documentation

• Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Surgical Teams

Additional Details:

• 13-Week Contract

• On-Call: 1 Night Per Week (5:15 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Thanksgiving Time-Off Considered

• Assignment Length May Extend Up to 6 Months
