Join a leading healthcare facility as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA. We are seeking skilled RNs with a passion for patient care in the operating room environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to their needs during surgery.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in the operating room setting.
Active compact license accepted.
Certifications required: BLS.
First-timers are accepted.

This position includes call requirements of 3 shifts per 6 weeks, which may change. The role involves floating between Swedish MAIN Surgery and Swedish South Tower Surgery, with a focus on orthopedic surgery, total joints, hand, foot and ankle surgeries, and spine procedures. Experience with MAKO Robot Technology and various surgical cases is preferred.
