Contract | 13 Weeks | 5x8-hour shifts, Days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-call required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the Operating Room with a focus on GI procedures, including circulating, scrubbing, and cleaning of scopes
• Scrub for a variety of surgical specialties including Robotics, General Surgery, Thoracic, GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, and Plastics
• Participate in on-call rotation, typically 5 days within a 4-week period (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), with one weekend every 8 weeks
• Float to other units as needed per facility requirements
• Participate in holiday coverage as required
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of GI nursing experience required
• Demonstrated experience in circulating, scrubbing, and cleaning of scopes
• Ability to scrub across multiple surgical specialties including Robotics, General Surgery, Thoracic, GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, and Plastics
• Availability for on-call shifts and holiday coverage as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an OR or surgical setting
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-specialty surgical environments
