Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Shift: 06:30 AM-07:00 PM Description: URL: --- The Operating Room RN provides safe patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities include circulating surgical cases, assisting the surgical team, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, completing required documentation, and responding to patient needs throughout the procedure. The RN works closely with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical techs, and other team members to provide safe and efficient surgical care.Unit Description: Our perioperative department consists of 5 operating rooms and 3 procedure rooms, completing an average of 24 30 surgical and procedural cases each day. The department supports a variety of surgical specialties and requires appropriate staffing to maintain safe, efficient patient care and daily operations.
