Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-service operating room and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.

Shift Information

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• On Call: 3 on-call shifts in a 4-week schedule

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid single-state or multi-state Compact license.
• 2-3 years of experience in a multi-service operating room setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including options provided by the American Red Cross or instructor-level certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
