Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a compact state at the time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Comfort working with a variety of surgical cases and age groups, including pediatrics
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care throughout the perioperative process as an Operating Room RN
• Assist with a broad range of surgical procedures including general, neuro/spine, ortho, GYN, plastics, urology, pulmonary, eye, and robotic cases
• Maintain patient safety using established OR protocols, fire safety practices, and universal time-out procedures
• Support use of specialized surgical equipment such as Stealth, O-arm, ION, Hana table, Jackson table, and DV5 robot
• Prepare, monitor, and support patients undergoing surgery while maintaining excellent infection control standards
• Collaborate with surgical staff and interdisciplinary partners to ensure smooth workflow and positive patient outcomes
• Contribute to a high-performing operating room team in a busy environment with a daily census of approximately 50
