Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care within the surgical unit and work closely with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Location: Tampa, FL
• Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions during surgery.
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and support staff to facilitate smooth operations.
• Document patient care accurately and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current and valid RN license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.
