Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring strength in Ophthalmology, joint replacement, and urology surgeries along with NC or compact RN licensure.

Details

  • Work in the Operating Room of a surgical services department
  • Caseload includes Ophthalmology surgeries, joint replacement, and urology procedures
  • Epic EMR experience preferred
  • 4x10 hour shifts, 0645-1715, totaling 40 hrs/week
  • 30 minute meal break included in shift
  • Call responsibilities required

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
  • Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
  • Annual NIHSS certification required
  • Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care within the operating room setting
  • Deliver clinically competent nursing care consistent with a Clinical Nurse II level of practice
