Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN in the Operating Room (OR) in Lawton, OK. We are seeking dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and other areas of perioperative services for all patient populations. As a patient advocate, you will be responsible for meeting surgical standards of nursing practice while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork and communication.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program with current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.

Preferred Qualifications: BSN

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care plans.
• Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.
• Participate and implement age-specific care and interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments on all patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations, and perform reassessments as per policy.
• Effectively assess and manage pain utilizing appropriate techniques.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of sterile technique. You will need to be adept at setting priorities, organizing workloads effectively, and integrating multiple assignments with multilevel personnel.
