**Join Our Team as an Operating Room/Surgery RN!** **Job Description:** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to thrive in a dynamic Operating Room environment? - Join us in providing exceptional surgical care in a Level III Trauma Center! - Bring your expertise in a variety of specialties, including: - General OR - Neuro - Spine - Ortho - Robotic - Vascular - Utilize your nursing skills to: - Provide routine and complex care as you manage diverse patient needs. - Practice independently while demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. - Develop long-range goals and plans while coping with clinical contingencies. - Delegate and assign responsibilities to enhance team performance. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver nursing care consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice: - Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, create care plans, intervene, and evaluate for assigned patients. - Address complex emotional, psychological, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Document patient history, symptoms, and care provided diligently. - Educate patients, families, and caregivers based on their learning needs and available resources. **Job Requirements:** - **Education/Skills:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in related nursing specialty preferred. - **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - BLS (AHA only) required. - ACLS (AHA only) required. - PALS (AHA only) required. - RN License in Texas or compact state required. - **Work Schedule:** - Preferred shift: 10 AM - 10 PM (flexible options available). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
